Welcome to Gengtoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the Player", "the User") and Gengtoto, governing your use of the website located at gengtoto.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional offers.

By accessing the Gengtoto platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Gengtoto from Malaysia and any other jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using our services.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Gengtoto Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Player's Account, less any withdrawals made.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, or free bets credited to an Account by Gengtoto.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via any accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Platform" means the Gengtoto website, mobile interface, software, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at gengtoto.cam.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described in Clause 10 of these Terms that is forbidden on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account to the Player's designated payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on the Gengtoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of Gengtoto, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Platform or any related platform operated by Gengtoto.
• You have not been diagnosed with, nor are currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder that would make gambling harmful to you.

Gengtoto reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of the Account pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Gengtoto Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using a different name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Gengtoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your Account through credentials that you have disclosed, whether intentionally or negligently.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Gengtoto may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or when required under our anti-money-laundering obligations. Acceptable verification documents include a Malaysian MyKad (national identity card), passport, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC requests must be completed within the timeframe specified or the Account may be restricted.

By using the Gengtoto Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge and accept the following conditions of use:

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gengtoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money placed as bets or wagers. Gengtoto does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or event.
• You agree not to use any software, automation tools, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the Platform's intended functionality.
• You agree not to attempt to access any part of the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or backend systems that are not intended for public access.
• All intellectual property on the Platform — including logos, game content, software, and design — remains the property of Gengtoto or its respective licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Gengtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance periods, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

Gengtoto accepts deposits through the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits in effect at the time of the transaction:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether USDT TRC20
• Cash-based: 7-Eleven CLiQQ (subject to availability)
• Direct Bank Transfer: Manual transfer to designated company bank accounts

6.1 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. You must not use funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity or money laundering.

6.2 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow transfers are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmations and are generally credited within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to network congestion.

6.3 Fees

Gengtoto does not charge deposit fees on most payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur third-party network fees (gas fees or miner fees) that are outside Gengtoto's control and are the responsibility of the depositing player.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Gengtoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

7.2 KYC Requirements for Withdrawal

Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may be required to do so before a withdrawal request is processed. Gengtoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for proof of source of funds, where required by our compliance obligations.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus Funds and associated winnings are only withdrawable after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, the first withdrawal of an equivalent amount must be processed via the same method where technically possible.
• Gengtoto reserves the right to delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Winnings from free bets or promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they were awarded.

Gengtoto offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered at least once (1x) on sportsbook markets, or as specified per game category. Certain game types (including, but not limited to, certain progressive jackpot slots and live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward Wagering Requirements.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Gengtoto actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets with covered outcomes across multiple accounts, staking on low-risk outcomes solely to complete wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in any strategy designed to withdraw bonus funds without legitimate gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, Gengtoto reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds, void all winnings derived from such activity, and suspend or permanently terminate the Account.

8.3 Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are awarded per the specific terms of the Refer-a-Friend program in effect at the time of referral. Self-referral (referring your own accounts) constitutes Prohibited Activity under Clause 10. Referral bonuses are not transferable.

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Gengtoto Platform.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Gengtoto are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed. Gengtoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where this was not permitted, bets placed on events where the odds were displayed in error, and bets that would result in total liability exceeding the Platform's risk limits.

9.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that odds are published erroneously due to a technical error or human error, Gengtoto reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount. Where technically possible, such errors will be corrected before the bet is accepted. Players who exploit obviously erroneous odds may have their accounts suspended under Clause 10.

9.3 Sports Betting — Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. For football markets, including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures, matches abandoned after 90 minutes of play will generally be settled on the result at the time of abandonment unless stated otherwise for specific markets.

9.4 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to be paid out. If any selection in a Mix Parlay is voided, that selection is removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining selections. Minimum and maximum selections, as well as applicable odds restrictions, are displayed on the Mix Parlay entry page at the time of bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gengtoto Platform. Detection of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit game mechanics, exchange information in live dealer settings, or guarantee mutual outcomes.
• Match-Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing bets based on non-public knowledge of a fixed event outcome, or participating in any scheme to manipulate the result of a sporting fixture.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or gather data in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with a payment provider or bank after funds have been used for betting purposes.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for the purpose of depositing, layering, or integrating funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, display errors, connectivity issues, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain.
• Fraudulent Identity: Registering or operating an Account under a false identity, or using another person's identity or payment credentials without their consent.

Gengtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, including where:

• The Player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• The Account is reasonably suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any Prohibited Activity.
• Verification documents provided are found to be fraudulent, forged, or materially inaccurate.
• The Platform has received a law enforcement request or court order relating to the Account.
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no deposits, bets, or withdrawals.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the Gengtoto support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling purposes may request self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and prevents Account access for the selected period. See Clause 13 and our Responsible Gambling page for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gengtoto, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays beyond Gengtoto's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised third-party access.
• Any financial loss resulting from gameplay, including but not limited to sports betting losses, casino game losses, or losses from promotional activities.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information caused by technical malfunction, provided that Gengtoto acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Gengtoto's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded — these Terms do not affect such rights.

Gengtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can be harmful if not managed carefully, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity.

13.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your losses over a defined period to prevent chasing behaviour.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your session exceeds a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request.
• Reality Checks: In-session notifications displaying the time elapsed and your net gain/loss for the session.

Gengtoto collects, processes, and stores personal data as necessary for the operation of the Platform, fulfilment of our legal obligations, and the provision of services to you. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and our retention obligations.

Gengtoto implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Gengtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification, an on-Platform notification, or both, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 11.1. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Gengtoto Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set out in the applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Gengtoto's customer support team. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving formal written notice of the dispute.

If you are a consumer in Malaysia, you may also have rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation that are not restricted by this clause. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights conferred on consumers under mandatory applicable law.
